HAITIAN DISASTER RELIEF:  While there are many very fine organizations working in Haiti in response to this crisis, Partners In Health has a long-established, multi-locational presence in Haiti with an amazing history of effectively providing medical care for those most in need; Doctors Without Borders likewise has an outstanding history of effective medical crisis response, as well as a reputation for maximizing the impact of donations while mimimizing overhead.
